Yiğit Türker Çoban graduated with the high honor degree, at the year of 2017, from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law where he was admitted as the top student by 344th ranking at the OSYS. During his LLB, Mr. Çoban attended summer seminars and courses organized by The American University Washington College of Law (at Washington, DC), the University of Amsterdam (at Istanbul) and The Hague Academy of International Law (at The Hague) and published his first peer-reviewed article. He also participated as a volunteer assistant to various meetings of international legal organizations including LaWorld and ELFA. At 2018, Yiğit completed his LL.M of International and European Law, at the Institute for European Studies (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) with magna cum laude; for which Yeditepe University provided a full scholarship. During the LLM program, he has also worked as a legal analyst in the field of trademark and design law at Darts-Ip’s Brussels office. Mr. Çoban currently continues his career as a Ph.D. scholar at Yeditepe University of Faculty of Law. His studies & researches focus on trademark and design law, competition law and corporate law by the perspectives of EU and Turkish legal systems.
