Öykü graduated from Başkent University faculty of law and completed her LL.M degree with distinction at the University of Sussex. During her studies, she focused on the areas of cyber law and data protection law. Prior to her LL.M degree, she worked mostly in the areas of finance law, commercial&corporate law, and consumer law in an international law office located in Istanbul for two years. During her position, she was involved in M&A projects from letter of intent & due diligence to closing. Öykü has experience in both litigation and corporate law matters.
