Janset Ece Mermer graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Law in 2017 as a high-honour student. She completed her legal internship in a reputable law firm in Istanbul. Moreover, she acquired a master’s degree with cum laude from Bocconi University, Milan on the topic of Law of Internet Technology. She completed her thesis on Legal Automation and Legal Technologies under the supervisory of Dr. Roland Vogl from Stanford University. Currenty, she is a member of Ankara Bar of Association.
She focuses on international commercial arbitration, commercial law, privacy law, personal data protection law and cyber-security law.
