Kazım Çınar has had his undergraduate degree in law in 2014 and master degree in 2016 in Istanbul. After the master degree on Private Law in Marmara University, he has begun his PhD study and has been working as a research/teaching assistant in Istanbul Medeniyet University, Faculty of Law. His major research interests are private international law, law of aliens, international arbitration law and international investment law. The author, who has a book on "Contracts Regarding Immovables in Private International Law" and a research report on "Likely Legal Problems of Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project", continues to his PhD thesis research on Party Autonomy in Private International Law.
