Biography Articles

Aysel Gülle graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2000. She is the founder and lawyer at Gülle Pekkip Attorney Partnership in İstanbul.  Before establishing Gülle Pekkip Attorney Partnership, she gained institutional experience in one of the leading institutions of Turkey and served as a lawyer and manager in the leading law firms of Turkey.

 

She practices in all areas of labour and social security law, labour unions and collective labour agreement law, press labour law, maritime labour law, intellectual property law and commercial law with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation. She is also very experienced in providing consultancy services for producers, private theater founders and artists in the fields of theatrical productions, cinematographic works, and tv series contracts.

 

She has appeared successfully before the Turkish Court of Cassation, the Court of Appeal, numerous commercial, labour and administrative courts, as well as arbitral tribunals and mediations. She is consistently recommended as a leading practitioner in the field of Commercial and IP contracts and Labour Law by Legal 500. Ms. Gulle is currently a candidate of doctorate at İstanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law.
