Ahmet DULGER graduated from Istanbul Şehir University School of Law as the top scoring student of Law School (2015). He completed his LL.M. degree at New York University (NYU) School of Law with honors (2017). He attended Law School programs at London School of Economics (LSE) and European University Viadrina. He focused his studies on International Arbitration, International Commercial and Investment Law, and Cyberlaw with focus on Artificial Intelligence Law and Blockchain.
He worked as an associate lawyer at a reputable law-firm and as an in-house counsel at a company in Turkey. He implemented the processes of establishing companies, branches, and liaison offices abroad including in the United States, Greece, and Lebanon. Counseled on various issues including personal data protection law, employment law, and comparative law. Managed and appeared in court litigation, mediation, and arbitration cases. Participated in transactions relating to mergers and acquisitions by the clients including a multinational investment bank. Negotiated and drafted legal documents including employment agreements, international sale contracts, and commercial leases. He conducted the projects for international corporations in the adaptation to data protection laws.
Ahmet DULGER is a licensed attorney in Turkey (Istanbul Bar) and in the admission process to the New York State Bar. He has two books published in Turkey and the United States in legal English and investment arbitration law. He made presentations at various conferences on international arbitration, investment relations, and data protection law. He is the member of the board of editors of Cyberlaw and Technology Law Journal.
