Zeynep Kabiloğlu graduated from Bilkent University in 2010, admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2011 and in 2015, completed her Master’s Degree at Galatasaray University in Law of Economics with 3,40 GPA.
Following her graduation from faculty of law, she has worked as corporate lawyer at independent law firms for 3 years and as In-house Legal Counsel for the Energy Management Department in Siemens San. ve Tic. A.Ş. for a term of 5 years before incorporating Kabiloglu Law Firm in 2017.
She has participated in and advised on many major public tenders and private infrastructure and energy projects (e.g. solar power plant, thermal power plant, wind turbine, air and gas insulated substation, railway electrification, scada, water and wastewater systems, high speed rail projects etc.).
Her expertise mainly includes drafting, negotiating and managing any kind of project agreements including but not limited to EPC Contracts, FIDIC, World Bank Conditions and the related agreements like Joint Venture, Consortium, Subcontract Agreements, Letter of Intents etc. She also has in depth knowledge of Public Procurement Law including the experience of applying to the Public Procurement Authority.
Her main focus area is Energy, Infrastructre and Construction Law.
She is sworn translator in German and English.
