Müge Önal Başer is a Ph.D. candidate in private law, researching the matters where law and technology intersect. She holds an LL.M. from Tulane University Law School and an LL.B. from Ankara University Faculty of Law.


She has been practicing law since 2003. Throughout her career, she worked for global law firms and Turkish and foreign conglomerates. Since 2016 she practices independently, focusing on business law and law & technology. She is an Ankara Bar lawyer and an American Bar Association member.
