Dr Aysegul Sezgin Huysal is the head of corporate law department and lectures at the Medipol University in Istanbul, Turkey. She graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law and completed her LL.M in Galatasaray University. She obtained her doctorate degree from Marmara University Faculty of Law. She works on international arbitration cases, especially disputes arising from M&A projects, shareholders agreements, loan agreements and other commercial agreements. She also acts as an arbitrator under commercial disputes. Her intricate knowledge and in-depth experience with the formulation of commercial contracts and the inherent risks gives Dr Huysal a perfect eye for detail in reviewing and putting together commercial agreements. She is a native Turkish speaker, also fluent in French and English.
