Burcu ÖZER graduated from
Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2006. She is currently working as a Senior
Attorney in the Employment (Labor) Law Department at MGC Legal Law Firm. She
completed her law internship at Hemsinlioglu Law Office between 2007-2008, and
then she studied the English language at ILSC Vancouver in 2008. After working
as a Senior Attorney at Özkırış Law Firm and Net Law Firm, Burcu ÖZER
specialized in Employment and Social Security Law in her professional life. She
has provided consultancy services in the fields of Employment and Social
Security Law to many companies with domestic and foreign capital operating in
various sectors in Turkey. She has contributed to the resolution of disputes to
