Cagri KAPLAN was born in 1985. After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2008, he started his career as an Attorney at Oktar & Oktar Law Firm. After completing his master’s degree in Private Law at Marmara University Faculty of Law between 2012 and 2014, Cagri KAPLAN worked as an Attorney in the Litigation and Consultancy Departments of the leading legal offices of Turkey’s leading corporate structures operating in different sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, glass industry, banking and finance.

The companies that Cagri KAPLAN provides services are as follows;

• “Kocak Farma” Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industry Joint Stock Company (Medical Drugs and Chemicals Production),
• Turkey Bottle and Glass Factories Joint Stock Company (Glass Production and Export),
• Bankrupt Asian Participation Bank Joint Stock Company Under SDIF Control (Banking and finance).

With 13 years of experience in the profession, Cagri KAPLAN has been involved in the commercial, business, property, banking, and intellectual property cases of the companies he worked for in the past, as well as the preparation of various types of contracts (supply, production, exclusive dealership, NDA, etc.), most of which are in English.

Having an advanced level of English, Cagri KAPLAN has completed the following educational courses;

• Yale University – American Contract Law, February 2019.
• London School of Economics – Building Competitive Organizations, August 2020.

Having the ability to find solutions to the Legal Disputes and contract processes faced by large-scale corporate structures operating in different sectors with a broad legal perspective, Cagri KAPLAN started to work as a “Litigation Partner” at MGC Legal Law Firm as of 03.01.2023.

Cagri KAPLAN is an Expert Mediator in the field of Labor Law, registered in the mediators’ registry, and working as an Attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association (IB).
