    Emel YÜCESOY SARI is a Partner of MGC Legal, and she works in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Infrastructure, Project Finance & Management, and Energy Departments. She joined the MGC Legal family in 2022, a legal firm that has adopted a corporate service approach and handles legal issues from every aspect with a result-oriented perspective. Emel YÜCESOY SARI completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul University and her master’s degree in the field of “Financial Law” at the same university. She wrote her master’s thesis on “Non-Public Joint Stock Companies’ Spin-Off Transactions and Taxation Procedure“. She is currently continuing her doctorate in the “Private Law” field at Istanbul Medeniyet University. Emel YÜCESOY SARI has been an Attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association (IB) since 2011 and has been mediating since 2021, registered in the Ministry of Justice Mediators Registry. While she was at the beginning of her career, she worked as an Attorney in prestigious law firms in Turkey and then as a legal counsel for a leading company that is mainly active in the logistics, engineering, and renewable energy sectors.
