Barış Öztürk

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across law firms, Big Four advisory, banking, and energy: as external counsel, in-house lawyer, and corporate secretary. Each role taught me something different about how legal risk actually moves through an organisation. Today, I lead Legal and Compliance for TP’s operations in Türkiye and Azerbaijan. My work spans cross-border transactions, regulatory matters, corporate governance, and compliance; across two jurisdictions with very different legal cultures.
