Gülenay Kavcar

Gülenay Kavcar is a Turkish lawyer and senior in-house legal professional at Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri. She began her career in private practice at Kılınç Law & Consulting, where she spent more than seven years advising clients across corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, capital markets, and complex commercial transactions. She later transitioned in-house to Rönesans, progressing from Senior Attorney to Deputy Legal Counsel. Kavcar holds an LL.B. from Istanbul University and an LL.M. from Istanbul Bilgi University and is admitted to the Istanbul Bar.
