Hakan Bekiroğlu

Hakan Bekiroğlu is a Turkish lawyer and senior legal executive serving as Legal Director at Yıldız Holding, where he leads legal and compliance initiatives across one of Türkiye’s largest diversified business groups. A graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law, he also holds an MBA in International Business Law from Yeditepe University. Bekiroğlu began his career in private practice before moving in-house, holding senior legal roles at Frito Lay, Demirdöküm and Vaillant Group, and later serving for nearly a decade as Chief Compliance and Legal Officer at Tofaş. He joined Yıldız Holding in 2022, focusing on corporate legal affairs, compliance, competition law, data protection and governance. Recognized repeatedly by The Legal 500 GC Powerlist and GC Elite Türkiye, he is also active in developing Türkiye’s in-house legal profession through the Kurum İçi Avukatlar Derneği, where he serves as a board member and supports mentoring and professional development for corporate lawyers.
