Hande Karakulah

Hande Karakulah is a Turkish lawyer and senior legal executive serving as Legal & Scientific Director at L’Oréal Türkiye, where she is also a member of the country management committee. A graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law, she later completed a master’s degree in European Union Law. Karakulah began her career at Şanver & Esin Law Firm before working at ADMD Law Firm and British American Tobacco Türkiye. She subsequently spent a decade in senior legal leadership roles at Natura &Co and Avon, overseeing complex legal matters across Türkiye, the Middle East and Africa. With more than 20 years of experience, she has managed legal agendas across over 20 countries and is recognized by The Legal 500 GC Powerlist and GC Elite Türkiye. Her work spans corporate law, compliance, governance, risk management, diversity and inclusion, and strategic legal leadership.
