İsmail ERBAY is a partner at BOSCA Law. He registered with the Ankara Bar Association in 1997 and is also registered with the Düsseldorf Bar Association. He worked as a research assistant at Ankara University Faculty of Law from 1991 to 2002. He received training in Management, Guardianship, and Curatorship at Berlin Steinbeis-Hochschule from 2010 to 2014. He is a European Patent Attorney registered with the European Patent Institute in Munich, Germany, and a Turkish Patent Attorney. Erbay received a Consumer Insolvency Expertise Certificate from the Saarland/Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a Specialization Certificate in Guardianship and Curatorship in Germany.
İsmail ERBAY completed his master's thesis at Ankara University Faculty of Law on “The Seller's Guarantee Liability in Sales Law”, and his doctoral thesis on “The Know-How Contract”. His article “Evaluation of the Provision on the Removal of Custody Right in Turkish Civil Law within the Framework of the Human Rights Convention (Turkish Civil Code art. 348)” was published in the İnönü University Faculty of Law journal and his article “Unterlassungsanspruch des Betriebsrats in Sozialenangelegenheit” in the Ankara University Faculty of Law Journal.
Erbay also serves as a Child Lawyer and Child Visitation Curator in German Family Courts.
