Karar’da, Türk Borçlar Kanunu’nun 444 ila 447. maddeleri kapsamında rekabet yasağına aykırılık nedeniyle açılacak davalarda görevli mahkemenin asliye ticaret mahkemesi olduğuna hükmedildi.
