Ali Koç is an associate in the Corporate / M&A team in İstanbul. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
He is experienced in conducting due diligence exercises, reviewing and drafting contracts and providing legal assistance to companies on their daily operations. He provides domestic and foreign companies with commercial advice on the full spectrum of transactional, governance, and regulatory matters. Ali practices data protection law, offering legal guidance on compliance with Turkish data protection regulations.
Ali recently worked for Groupe Rocher on the sale of the FLORMAR brand to a consortium of three Turkish investors, advised Believe International in the acquisition of remaining 40% stake in Doğan Music Company (DMC) from Doğan Holding, advised İzocam on its acquisition of His Yalıtım.
Ali is a graduate of Galatasaray University Law School and has been a registered lawyer at the İstanbul Bar since 2024.
