Ömer Erdoğan is the partner heading the Banking, Finance and Real Estate practice areas. He is an expert in real estate, infrastructure and energy sectors and banking and finance transactions. Ömer has an experience of nearly two- decades advising multinational and local companies on their investments in Türkiye and abroad. His banking and finance expertise covers a wide range of transactions in Türkiye. He has led teams acting for both lenders and sponsors on trade finance, project and acquisition financings, banking regulatory, security documentation, and secured loans and syndications. Ömer’s broad experience also covers the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors, where he has represented local and international corporations with their projects both in and outside Türkiye. He also has significant real estate experience, having advised several multinational real estate development and hospitality companies on their complex residential and hotel development projects.
