As the founding partner of Yüksel Attorneys at Law, Gökhan specializes in fintech, e-commerce, data privacy, and corporate law, working with domestic and international clients.
Gökhan successfully managed compliance and acquisition projects for payment service providers, technical service providers, electronic money institutions, and fintech companies, ensuring seamless alignment with Turkish legislation and international standards.
Gökhan’s expertise extends to navigating complex licensing processes for electronic money and payment institutions. Gökhan has worked directly with the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, facilitating smooth communication and achieving successful authorization outcomes. He also has experience in emerging technologies such as web3 and AI.
Previously, Gökhan contributed to the Payment and Electronic Money Institutions Association of Türkiye (TÖDEB). Gökhan has also advocated for industry-wide improvements and represented the interests of stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem working at the Payment and Electronic Money Institutions Association (ÖDED).
Gökhan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Marmara University.
