Bengü Deniz Aktaş
Bengü is intellectual property lawyer, who represents local and international clients in trademark, design, copyright, and unfair competition disputes before Turkish courts. Bengü is active advising worldwide companies from various sectors such as cosmetics, beauty, pharmaceutical, film production in prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property rights. She also handles in trademark prosecution matters before the Turkish PTO including registration, classification, limitation, withdrawal, opposition, objection proceedings. She is carrying out all the counselling process from registration to enforcement including the handling online and onsite investigations, notarial determinations, evidential actions, civil and criminal actions before the Turkish Courts in trademark, design and copyright disputes. Bengü is a qualified team member to counsel his clients related to the civil actions including infringement and cancellation actions and cease and desist letters.
