Gayrimenkul Yatırım Fonları için Yeni Dönem

17 Temmuz 2024 tarih ve 32604 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan Gayrimenkul Yatırım Fonlarına İlişkin Tebliğ’de (III-52.3) Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Tebliğ ile konut ağırlıklı projelere fon sağlamayı amaçlayan proje gayrimenkul yatırım fonlarının kurulabilmesinin önü açılırken, gayrimenkul yatırım fonlarının şemsiye fon olarak kurulmasına ilişkin yasak kaldırıldı.

A New Era for Real Estate Investment Funds

With the Communiqué Amending the Communique on Real Estate Investment Funds (III-52.3) published in the Official Gazette dated July 17, 2024 and numbered 32604, it is now possible to establish project real estate investment funds aimed at funding residential projects and the ban on establishing real estate investment funds as umbrella funds was removed.
