    He started his career at Yarsuvat & Yarsuvat Law Firm, established by Prof. Dr. Duygun Yarsuvat. He then worked for SNR Denton as an associate and as a partner in Gokce Attorney Partnership. He founded Yazicioglu Legal in 2016.

    He has over 10 years of experience advising national and international clients on several aspects of business law and representing them before courts, arbitral tribunals and regulatory bodies. During his career he has advised Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Zurich Insurance, Cigna Insurance, Cadbury Schweppes, Mitsui Corporation, Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Drillmec Drilling Tecnologies, Bosch-Siemens (BHS), Sony PlayStation, Facebook, Gucci, Spotify, T-Systems, Esas Holding, Mavi Jeans, Pronet, Grupanya, Onedio and FIT Solutions.

    Bora Yazıcıoğlu is a graduate of Kadikoy Anatolian High School. He obtained his LL.B. degree from Istanbul Bilgi University (2005) and his LL.M. degree on European and International Business Law from Leiden University (2010). He studied on full scholarship in both universities.

    Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun’da Önemli Değişiklikler

    Bilindiği gibi 7 Temmuz 2022 tarihli Resmî Gazete’de, çevrim içi ortamda pazar yeri işleten ve gerek bu pazar yerlerinde gerek kendi internet sitelerinde satış yapan kişiler yönünden çok önemli yükümlülükler getiren Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun’da (“Kanun”) yapılan değişiklikler (“Kanun Değişikliği”) yayımlanmıştı. Kanun Değişikliği ile getirilen değişikliklerin detaylandırılmasını amaçlayan Elektronik Ticaret Aracı Hizmet Sağlayıcı ve Elektronik Ticaret Hizmet Sağlayıcılar Hakkında Yönetmelik de 29 Aralık 2022 tarihli Resmî Gazete’de yayımlandı.
