Ali Tunçsav joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2018. He has focused experience in competition law, M&A as well as corporate and commercial matters. Ali assists multinational and domestic companies in numerous M&A transactions as well as in their merger control clearances and antitrust investigations, and provides legal assistance to such companies in connection with their competition law-related matters.
