Intellectual and Industrial Property Law

As Kaşlıoğlu Law Firm, we keep up–to-date with national and international advances in the field of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights. In this context, through trademark and patent attorneys and expert lawyers, we provide legal consultancy to our clients on providing drafting contracts and other issues regarding the protection of intellectual and industrial property values especially trademarks, patents, utility models, designs, geographical indications, works, copyrights, computer software. Advertising Law

Based on the point where trade, electronic commerce and consumption habits have reached our age, advertisements are of remarkable significance for both advertisers and consumers. We  provide legal consultancy and litigation follow-up services in notification to the Competition Authority regarding mergers and acquisitions subject to permission, filing complaints to the Competition Authority regarding issues such as abuse of dominant position, drawing up petitions and response letters to be submitted to the Competition Authority, compliance of contracts with competition law, carrying out the application and authorization processes to be made to the Competition Authority and in disputes arising from competition law.

Labour Law
