Kemal Tağa began working at ASC Law in 2010, and has been with the firm ever since. Kemal was promoted to Senior Associate in 2015, and to Partner in 2021.

The trajectory of Kemal career matches that of one of ASC Law’s major trends, i.e., the increasing complexity, and sophistication, of the matters it handles. Originally working in the firm’s Consultancy Team, where he worked on a wide range of transactional and commercial matters, over time Kemal became increasingly involved with disputes, when, for example, his business acumen was needed (such as for disputes arising post-M&A). His growing dispute-related work, and expertise, culminated in Kemal joining, formally, ASC Law’ Dispute Resolution Department in 2020.
