Özge Yüzerler
Özge graduated from İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Law as an High Honor Student. Özge has pursued further education in Stanford University, focusing on International Law an Human Rights.
Özge joined the Aslan Tok team in June 2022. Before joining our team, she worked in the reputable law firm in Turkey.
Özge has expertise in various fields in corporate matters and contracts particularly within the construction and software sectors. She provides legal advice throughout the various stages of mergers and acquisitions transactions, such as the drafting of Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and Joint Ventures.
In addition to providing legal consultancy services, Özge also plays an active role in corporate identity creation and development at Aslan Tok team. Also, she is still working as an Overseas Ambassador for an educational institution that carries out its activities in a global area.
Özge provides legal advice to both local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, regularly preparing commercial contracts, legal due diligence reports and drafting commercial transaction documents.
