ASC Law is seeking an exceptional lawyer to join its Banking & Finance team, assisting senior lawyers with high-profile banking, project finance, and infrastructure transactions.
Qualifications
▪️ LL.B. degree from a reputable university, LLM degree is an advantage but not required.
▪️ 2 to 3 years of experience as a lawyer in the respective area with a reputable law firm.
▪️ Experience in banking and finance transactions including project finance (with a focus of energy infrastructure is a plus), restructuring/refinancing, acquisition finance, corporate loans. Also, experience in all phases (drafting, negotiating, closing activities etc.) of such deals is required.
▪️ Advanced English fluency and excellent command of legal and academic English (TOEFL or IELTS scores are preferred).
▪️ Strong communication, organization and time management skills
▪️ Dynamic, hardworking and a strong team player.
