Role Summary
ASC Law is seeking an exceptional associate to join its Banking & Finance Team. The successful candidate will work on high-profile banking, project finance, and infrastructure transactions.
Qualifications
- LL.B. degree from a reputable university, LLM degree is an advantage but not required.
- Min. 3 years of experience as a lawyer in the respective area with a reputable law firm.
- Experience in banking and finance transactions including project finance (with a focus of energy infrastructure is a plus), restructuring/refinancing, acquisition finance, corporate loans. Also, experience in all phases (drafting, negotiating, closing activities etc.) of such deals is required.
- Advanced English fluency and excellent command of legal and academic English (TOEFL or IELTS scores are preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, diligent, and a collaborative team player
