Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an Associate to join our team, who meets the following qualifications:
Responsibilities
- - Handling litigation and execution matters on behalf of clients.
- - Providing legal advice, inform clients about legal procedures, and manage litigation processes.
- - Attending court hearings, draft legal documents, and review contracts.
- - Stay up-to-date with legal developments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- - Collaborating with team members to deliver comprehensive legal support.
- - Communicating complex legal concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
- The Associate will work in both corporate and litigation departments, providing legal assistance to our local and international clients.
Required Skills and Experience
- - 4-5 years of legal experience.
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (LL.M. is a plus).
- - Experience in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Labour Law
- - Demonstrated skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and revision.
- - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
