NSN Law Firm is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Commercial & Corporate Law department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable law school, LLM is an asset,
- Minimum 5-7 years post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate, contract and labor law
- Excellent English and Turkish oral-written communication skills, IELTS 7.5 plus or its equivalence
- Solid skills using MS office tools
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relations
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong follow-up skills
- Advanced process and time management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Advising and assist on a wide range of legal matters such as contract, employment, corporate law and others
- Draft, revise, negotiate and follow up all type of contracts
- Advising our clients on daily commercial and legal issues
- Drafting legal opinions in Turkish and English
- Preparing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Handling compliance projects
- Taking part in client-based projects
