Responsibilities
— Assist with legal research and analysis specifically for M&A and corporate transactions;
— Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements;
— Support the legal team with legal services provided to our clients;
— Assist with due diligence processes and gather relevant information for M&A transactions;
— Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable institution;
— 1-3 years of experience in M&A, corporate law, or related fields;
— Strong research and analytical skills;
— Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
— Attention to detail and ability to work independently;
— Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment;
— Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
