Role Overview:

Professional Qualifications:
- — Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university, with a strong academic record preferred.
- — 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate, M&A or Commercial law.
- — Excellent command of both English and Turkish, with a TOEFL score of 110 or an IELTS score of 7 or higher preferred.
- — Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
General Qualifications:
- — Proven ability to quickly and pragmatically recognize and respond to legal challenges.
- — Solution-oriented approach with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
- — Highly organized and systematic in handling tasks.
- — Advanced skills in time management and communication, capable of effectively managing deadlines and client interactions.
