Lawyer specialised in Corporate Law
We are looking for a team member to join our law firm with the following qualifications;
- Bachelors degree in law with bar admission.(LLM degree is preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate & commercial law, and conract law,
- Knowledge of Turkish Code Of Obligations and Turkish Commercial Code in order to analyse and draft all types of contracts,
- Contract drafting skills,Solid legal notion and strong verbal and written skills in both Turkish and English,
- Can-do-attitude, good organisational & follow-up skills and ability to work with strict deadlines,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- Compatibility with busy working environment
