What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?


  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of sanctions, data protection, competition law, and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and track changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to sanctions, data protection, competition law, and ethics.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, legal, finance, and operations, to provide guidance on compliance matters.
  • Assist in investigations and respond to compliance-related inquiries and incidents.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of effective data protection and privacy practices, including data breach response and incident management.
  • Monitor and examine the execution of Group compliance activities.
  • Assist in evaluating compliance with applicable legislation for new projects and products that require compliance control.
  • Support the Compliance Manager organizing and providing compliance training.
  • Follow the Know Your Customer processes, perform sanction list scans, and other KYC processes, conducting necessary checks, and sharing findings with the Compliance Manager.
  • Fulfill duties assigned by the Compliance Manager.


What kind of teammate are we looking for?


  • At least 4 or 5 years of experience in data protection, sanctions or other compliance areas, and similar fields,
  • Bachelor's degree in law or a related field. Legal qualifications or certifications are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of sanctions regulations, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), competition law, and ethics principles.
  • Knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
