Join us if you…

  • Hold a law degree from a recognized law school
  • Have excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Have 1 to 3 years experience in a large and reputable law firm or at a multinational company in Turkey
  • Have specific experience in corporate and commercial law and real estate laws. Litigation knowledge is a plus.
  • Are admitted to a Bar Association in Turkey,
  • Have very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • Have very good presentation and communication skills
  • Have organizing, multi-tasking, strong and timely follow up skills

  • Draft, review, negotiate and amend all standard and non-standard documentation used within the company
  • Prepare and process all contractual documents required by the company in its carrying out of its business activities
  • Keep up to date with laws and procedures relating to the companies business
  • Provide concise and practical legal advice to all departments as and when required
  • Undertake legal negotiations as required with the company’s business partners, contractors and consultants
  • Manage the outsourcing of legal advice and assistance as required from time to time
  • Conduct litigation and arbitration work as and when the need arises
  • Research and monitor legal frameworks relevant to the companies business and advice company accordingly
  • Manage timely issuance of contracts and mortgage documents to customers and banks
  • Protect and enforce Emaar Turkey’s intellectual property rights
