We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel (Real Estate) to join our team.
Qualifications Required For This Position Are As Follows;
• Minimum 3-4 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm and/or as an inhouse counsel
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong follow-up skills
• Advanced process and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Team player
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
• No travel restrictions
Main Responsibilities;
• Legal Counsel is responsible for assuring that the company is acting in accordance with the relevant legislation.
• Carrying out legal research on real estate and leasing legal matters.
• Providing legal advice and analysis on Real Estate Law related matters.
• Working closely with the Market Development Department
• Managing the lease agreement and real estate needs processes
• Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and analyzing leasing contracts.
• Preparing required reports, legal opinions and memorandums.
• Following up new local legislation.
• Legal Cousel (Real Estate) reports to Legal Affairs & Compliance Manager
