Legal Intern I October 2025

We are looking for a Legal Intern who will join our growing team as of October 2025!

Who should apply?

- Law students in their final year of study or individuals who have recently graduated.

Qualifications

- Law degree from a reputable law school in Turkey

- Excellent command of English (IELTS, TOEFL score is an asset)

- Being interested in Commercial and Corporate Law

- Desire to work with clients from different jurisdictions

- Excellent research skills

- Have a solid follow-up, organizing, time management skills

Role

- As a legal intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of legal practice areas, primarily under Turkish law. Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing support on matters related to various areas of Turkish law, including but not limited to corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property (IP), data protection and information technology (IT) law.

- Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of legal documents and agreements, such as commercial contracts, legal opinions and internal policies.

- Conducting legal research and preparing summaries, opinions, or briefings on relevant laws, regulations and precedents.

- Participating in due diligence exercises as part of transactional matters, identifying legal risks, and contributing to reports.

- Attending client meetings or conference calls (where appropriate), and preparing meeting notes or follow-up actions.

- Drafting memoranda, legal opinions, articles, or client alerts regarding legal developments and regulatory updates.

- Supporting the litigation team with tasks such as reviewing case files, assisting in legal drafting (e.g., petitions, motions), and preparing court documentation.
