Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in law with bar admission,
  • - 6-8 years of professional experience upon completion of internship, preferably in a law firm,
  • - Strong proficiency in spoken and written English,
  • - Excellent project & team management skills ensuring key deliverables are issued on time,
  • - Solid legal notion,
  • - Identifies and embraces our purpose and values and puts these into practice in their professional life,

Roles & Responsibilities

  • - Providing legal assistance to the national and multinational clients on a wide range of the corporate matters including but not limited to capital increases & decreases, mergers, de-mergers, re-organisations,
  • - Attending to the general assembly and board meetings of the clients and assisting the same on daily corporate requests,
  • - Leading M&A & due diligences and drafting closing documents,
  • - Drafting legal documents including contracts, high complexity general assembly meeting minutes and board of directors’ resolutions, legal opinions, and reports,
  • - Coordination of the global re-organisation projects both with the legal and tax advisors of the client,
  • - Assisting in developing legal document strategy by conducting in-depth research to provide insight-enabled recommendations to project leadership,
  • - Developing knowledge of relevant rules and regulations and their associated processes to formulate solutions for client problems,
  • - Managing legal proposal preparation, contract review, and project tracking including time management reports and invoices
  • - Taking ownership of assigned legal budgets, ensuring proper budget control and reporting
  • - Collecting, organizing, and analysing information about client’s rights and obligations to effectively prepare for legal transactions.
