Role Overview

Professional Qualifications
— Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university, with a strong academic record preferred.
— 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate, M&A or Commercial law.
— Excellent command of both English and Turkish, with a TOEFL score of 110 or an IELTS score of 7 or higher preferred.
— Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
General Qualifications
— Proven ability to quickly and pragmatically recognize and respond to legal challenges.
— Solution-oriented approach with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
— Highly organized and systematic in handling tasks.
— Advanced skills in time management and communication, capable of effectively managing deadlines and client interactions.
