We are looking for a senior associate to join our expanding team with experience in international construction & contracting and dispute resolution / international arbitration proceedings.
Your Key Responsibilities
— Drafting, revising and negotiating wide range of construction contracts including EPC contracts, construction project related/tender documents, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements and financing arrangements;
— Actively participating in every stage of the construction projects;
— Actively engaging in claim management process, including pre-DAAB and DAAB proceedings;
— Managing and handling complex international arbitration proceedings at all levels;
— Providing advice to multinational and domestic clients on various legal matters including construction & infrastructure law, corporate law, procurement related matters and reviewing and coordinating pre-bid tender package on both international and domestic levels;
— Engaging in corporate law matters, including drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and asset transfer agreements.
General Qualifications
— Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably at a law firm or construction conglomerate with construction and arbitration experience and practice;
— Legal knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of arbitration proceedings and advising clients with respect to construction law and corporate law related matters;
— Excellent command of English (TOEFL +90 or IELTS +7 – please share relevant certificate should you have any);
— Experience in negotiating, drafting and advising on various types of contracts and transactions in construction and commercial law related matters;
— Time – management and advanced communication skills;
— Ability to work autonomously as well as to participate and contribute to team work;
— No restriction in travelling abroad.
