Pelister Keki Sarac & Co, an Istanbul-based law firm, has announced its relocation to a new office in the historic Arnavutköy neighborhood, along the Bosphorus.

The relocation marks a significant milestone for Pelister Keki Sarac & Co, which was established in 2010 with a focus on delivering legal services to both domestic and international clients. In line with this transition, the firm has also undertaken a rebranding initiative to reflect its expanded team and broadened service offerings.

The new office is located at Arnavutköy Mah. Sekbanlar Cad. No:16-18, Beşiktaş, Istanbul.

The Managing Partner; Kerim Pelister specializes in corporate and finance law, having led significant mergers, acquisitions, and energy transactions in Turkey. He also played a key role in advising the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority on the initial drafting of the Renewable Energy Law. His career includes roles at a London-based international law firm and Lehman Brothers Turkey, where he managed the recovery of over USD 350 million in distressed debts. Kerim's contributions to the field have been recognized by Legal 500 as a “Leading Individual” in Restructuring and Insolvency for several consecutive years.

Emre Keki focuses on Corporate/M&A, Energy, and ESG matters. He has been involved in various energy projects in Turkey, including those related to renewable energy. Emre also leads the firm’s ESG compliance practice, helping clients meet mandatory HR and environmental due diligence requirements, non-financial reporting standards, and sustainable finance obligations. His background in real estate and banking further strengthens the firm's capabilities in these areas.

Senem Saraç brings 15 years of experience in contracts and commercial law, employment law, and litigation. She has expertise in real estate, construction, hotel management agreements, and IP and IT law, as well as insurance law. Senem is also the author of "Liability of Danger," a publication in Turkish legal literature.

Seden Haskarabağ specializes in execution, bankruptcy, and litigation, with extensive experience in debt collection, restructuring, and due diligence for non-performing loan portfolios. She has worked with leading leasing, factoring, and asset management companies, focusing on bankruptcy and debt recovery across all court levels.

Gökçe Türkoğlu is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial law, privacy, and compliance. She has held significant roles at Turkcell, CarrefourSA, Marsh & McLennan Turkey, and Deloitte Turkey, where she also served as Data Protection Officer. Gökçe has advised clients in retail, technology, and telecoms and has been involved in various legal and compliance initiatives.

Nazlı Macun is an experienced lawyer in Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, and Real Estate. She has been a key player in numerous significant M&A transactions, joint ventures, and investment projects.  She also brings valuable experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial law disputes.

As Pelister Keki Sarac & Co continues to grow, the new premises will serve as a hub for the Firm’s expanding team, which now includes 24 members, comprising 8 Partners, 1 Senior Associate, 8 Associates, 2 Associate Interns, and 5 administrative staff.
