Ayhan Kılınç studied law in Turkey and the United States. He started his career at Thomson Reuters, one of the world’s largest legal publishing companies, where he taught online legal research to students at 5 of the most prestigious law schools in the US for 4 years. Kılınç, who continued his career as a legal consultant in 2004, took a new direction by establishing and managing his own law firm based in Ankara in 2008 and has been continuing his career as an attorney in Istanbul since 2013.
As an experienced transactional lawyer specializing in Commercial and Corporate Law, Ayhan Kılınç has worked as lead counsel in dozens of M&A transactions for over fifteen years and was appointed as CEO in 2021, perhaps a first for legal practice in Turkey.
Joining SRP-Legal in 2023 as Partner & CEO, Ayhan Kılınç devotes a large part of his work to embedding the next generation management model, while at the same time, as Partner, he works with SRP-Legal’s expert legal team on complex legal matters.
