Bülent is mainly specialized in corporate, restructuring, mergers & acquisition operations, for listed or non-listed companies in stock exchange, with private or public capitals, particularly in the energy, banking, insurance, real estate and automobile industry sectors. He also handles any taxation aspects of the aforementioned transactions.
In this respect, Bülent coordinates straight forward as well a complex merger & acquisition transaction to the benefit of a foreign and Turkish investors in their inbound or outbound transactions. He also advises his foreign clients on tax matters arising from their stand-alone projects which could be within or outside the scope of a merger & acquisition transaction such as drilling activities in sea for prospection of petroleum, construction of wind-farm generators, construction of ships, complex funding provided by non-Turkish resident entities or structuring of funding for foreign banks, restructuring of tax debts and tax litigation.
Bülent has a PhD at Law from Paris Val-de-Marne University (France) - PhD at Law (1998), a L.L.M. in Private Law from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University (France)(1992), as well as Master Degree at Law from the Istanbul University (Turkey)(2002).
