Eren focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and cross-border investments. She also advises on a wide range of commercial matters, including supply and distribution agreements, franchising, employment law, and data protection compliance. Her experience spans multiple sectors and includes representing clients in high-profile and cross-border transactions.
In addition to her transactional practice, Eren has extensive experience in capital markets law, IPOs, international arbitration, and regulatory compliance, including anti-bribery, FCPA, and World Bank investigations.
