Mr Esad Çatak is an associate at ARIKAN PARTNERS, specialising in construction law, international investment law, and international arbitration.
Having worked at a reputable law firm in Istanbul prior to joining ARIKAN PARTNERS, Mr Çatak possesses invaluable experience in international investment and construction disputes. He advised clients in various international construction disputes under distinct systems of law before prominent arbitral institutions, including ICC, LCIA, and ITOTAM. His experience also includes representing the Republic of Türkiye before ICSID.
Mr Çatak is currently pursuing his LL.M. degree at Koç University in Istanbul after receiving his honours degree from the prestigious law faculty of Bilkent University in Ankara, with full scholarships from both institutions.
