O. Göktürk Günhan
Göktürk is a legal intern passionate for intellectual property law and endeavours to understand the concept of law as a whole. He assists a wide range of well-known local and global trademarks from various sectors including healthcare, food and beverage, fashion, design, beauty and technology, both in civil and criminal proceedings before the courts and prosecution matters before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. He is mainly involved in drafting oppositions/objections before the TPTO, preparing evidence for proof of use petitions, preparing cease and desist letters, handling customs procedures and drafting complaint petitions. Göktürk believes that intellectual property law offers contemporary problems beyond the classical legal doctrine. Therefore, his thoughts regarding this field are not limited to the today, but he is determined to develop himself academically as well.

INTA Unreal Campaign Ambassador
Won the first prize in the article competition organised by Human Rights and Equality Institution of Türkiye and entitled to be published in the peer-reviewed academic journal of the institution.
Won the second prize in the article competition organised by International Law Student Association and Istanbul University.
