Tevfik Gür has a deep knowledge and extensive legal background in Corporate Law, M&As, IT&Telecoms, Banking&Finance, Competition Law, Litigation and Maritime&Shipping Law with more than 30 years’ of experience in the global market. He constructed a history of sucessfully conducting and supervising a great number of M&A deals and has a high experience in maritime law, insurance law and shipping finance. He specializes in solving the hardest disputes with the perfect combination of experience and knowledge. As a result of broad experience, he is capable to foresee competition risks and provide quick solutions.
Morever Mr Gür has experince in acting as a co-abitrator at the Arbitration Tribunal in ICC Arbitration.
