Beril Çelebi Cem is one of the founding partners of our office, who worked as a partner in a boutique law firm between 2011-2020 and provided services to its clients mainly in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Technology and IT Law and Entertainment Law.
Beril represents various Turkish and foreign clients, including public companies from varied sectors such as software, technology, media and entertainment, cinema, publishing, exhibition, food and beverage.
Beril provides legal support to software companies in developing their business strategies and all kinds of software, cloud computing, integration agreements and in various fintech projects. She has unique experience in the field of innovative cooperation agreements combining finance, payment systems and technology as well as advising private integrator companies.
In addition to well-established companies, Beril has provided legal consultancy for the establishment and business development stages of many technology platforms. Beril, has been providing legal consultancy to public companies at every stage of corporate governance, compliance and electronic general assembly organization processes.
Beril is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law and has been entitled to attend the EU Law Ph.D. program at Marmara University where she continues her studies.
